To open an account, go to Rosenthal Collins Group and follow the directions for opening an account.  You can easily fill the forms out online.  If you decide to print out the account papers make sure you look at the checklist below before returning the forms. CHECKLIST FOR OPENING YOUR INDIVIDUAL/JOINT ACCOUNT WITH
ROSENTHAL COLLINS GROUP, L.L.C.,

1. Please read all of the enclosed information carefully.
2. Read the 28-page Disclosure Statement in Booklet A (print a copy for your reference)
   In Booklet B (Individual or Joint Trading Account Application): Please complete pages 3 to 5 of the Customer Account Agreement section
   Read pages 6 to 10 of the Commodity Customer Agreement
3. Read, complete, and sign the following pages:
   Page 11- Certify and Acknowledgement of Receipt, 2 signatures
4. Page 18- RCG Commodity Futures Customer Agreement (optional)
   Page 19- Arbitration Agreement (optional)
   Page 20- Backup Withholding and Transaction Reporting Requirements
   Note: Part II must be initialed if NOT subject to backup withholding
   If Joint account, please provide only the primary account holder's information
   Please complete and sign the Additional Letter(s) if applicable:
   Electronic Trading Agreement
   Additional Risk Disclosure * Joint owner must sign on ALL signature lines (exception of page 13)
5. For management or discretion trading accounts, please complete and sign the Limited Power of Attorney pages.(under other forms)
6. For transfer of account, please complete and sign the Account Transfer Authorization on page 21 Note: Please also provide a copy of a current account statement
7. Make a check payable to Rosenthal Collins Group, L.L.C.
8. Please send the completed and signed application and check to:
